The objective of this Targeted Consultation is to gather evidence to support the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA), which will serve as the foundation for defining the future regulation of these products, as outlined in the 2026-2027 Regulatory Agenda (proposal 16.5.1).
This is the initial stage of the regulatory discussion process, aimed at obtaining detailed information on the topic; it does not constitute a poll or a voting process. The information collected will be treated anonymously, in compliance with current legislation.
